For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order has been placed and shipped. To help you choose your perfect match, we provide detailed scent descriptions for each product.
Wrong, Damaged, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or doesn't arrive at all, please reach out within 48 hours of the delivery date.
Email us and include your order number along with photos of the issue. Once we’ve verified the problem, we’ll follow up with next steps and make sure your corrected items are on the way promptly.
